ATTACHMENTS FOR EACH QUESTION IN THE FORM

Hello to all

I hope you can help me with this issue, I need that in a survey each answer can attach a description and evidence (photos) but it only allows me to upload a single file in a question. Will there be any solution?  a single file upload. Will there be any solution?

Right now it isn't possible to do it in a form. I've submitted an enhancement request for this as it's possible when on mobile to put picture in cells while working on the sheet, but it's not allowed when doing it with a form. Thought that would be helpful.

I would then suggest you to add that same kind of enhancement request here:
