Capturing Electronic Signatures on a mobile phone when completing a smartsheet form
Hi
I have a few Smartsheet forms (such as a site induction form) which work really well with capturing data etc., however I also need to capture a signature from employees to confirm that they have read and approved the content of the form. Are there any apps, other than DocuSign that can do this or, in fact, any other way of capturing proof/signatures?

A possible workaround could be to send the user an automated Approval Request after submission.
Would that work/help?
Also, the new DocuSign solution should be releases soon (Q3).

Many thanks, not sure how automated approval requests work (apologies I'm a self taught user of only 10 weeks) but the staff members that I am asking to sign may not have their own smartphone or access to a computer so would that still be possible?

If there is a way to get more information on this and when it will be released that would be greatly appreciated. As for now I am just putting a checkbox on our forms that the user checks stating they are electronically signing. A more formal program would be really good though.

Has there been any new questions and answers related to this thread now that DocuSign integration is available. I'm trying to solve for the same thing in Forms.
