Error: There was an error submitting the form.

I am getting an error when I submit the form. The error says " There was an error submitting the form. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of this form". I have checked the automation and all the fields with logic. They all looks fine to me and earlier everything was working. Today, when tested again, it shows this error.

Even though this is an older post, I had a similar problem today. The form was working just fine for me an hour ago, then this message. When I tried in a different browser, it worked fine. Could there be some kind of spam protection that prevents multiple submissions to the same form from the same IP/browser combo?

We began to encounter this error just this week from our team when they submitted the form. Nothing changed on the form prior to the error occurring. The form data was still being sent to the SS row w/o any issue. Just that the submitter would receive the error after sending the report. I found out our team was using a link to access the form, not opening the form from the SS. What we found is by sending an updated form link to our team, once they used it the error stopped occurring.

See if it is something about the file attachment. We are having this issue with some files. Noticed the error not only in Smartsheet but also when trying to attach via a Power Apps form. I did notice I was able to attach the file directly into the sheet. Speculating a security policy preventing?
