Auto Populating Formulas

Hi everyone,

I have a simple sheet that has data inputted into it from a form. I have the form inputting the new data at the top of the sheet.

For some reason my formulas will not auto-populate when a new row is submitted at the top of my sheet for one of my columns.

Any help is appreciated,

FIXED - for anyone curious - my column was hidden on the form AND was auto filled directly from the form - this overrides any formulas that you may have.
