How can I get the contact information to update when there are changes to the reference sheet?
I have an Assessment sheet where contacts are auto assigned using a match Match/Index formula. I have updated the reference sheet with a different contact, but that change is not reflecting in the Assessment sheet. Is there an additional step I need to take to get this to refresh?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

I have shared a Test Contact and a Test Assessment sheet with you. I am using a lookup column in both the assessment and contact sheet to combine region and product name. I am then using Index/Match to look up the Contact from each team that matches the product/region in the lookup columns. I changed the CAR contact name for UK/Online product, but that change is not reflecting in the assessment sheet.
