I think I may be missing a toolbar? Trying to export Gantt to pdf

I have found all kinds of articles and videos ....they say to start by clicking file ...BUT I don't see that?

What am I doing wrong?This is all I see .

If you follow the bar all the way to the right from the save button, you should see a small down arrow. Try clicking on that.

OMG, it is magically back. I was going to respond that I didn't have that arrow but it has resolved anyway, Thank you!!!!

Hello,

I am new to smartsheet and all of the sudden, my toolbar disappered on only the File Automation Form are the ones on top? Anyway I can bring my toolbar back?

This could possibly be caused by issues with your browser version, browser extensions, or add-ons. The first thing to check is to ensure that you’re using the most up-to-date version of the browser available (see: System Requirements for Using Smartsheet).

Then you may want to disable all your browser extensions and add them in one at a time to see if one of them causes this behaviour.

Finally, try using a different browser or Incognito mode to see if it's related to your cache/cookies.

If none of this has helped, please reach out to Smartsheet Support with screen captures and a list of all the steps you've tried!
