Can you have more than one "file upload" field on a form?

I am trying to create a simple form where the user will upload "before" and "after" images/files.

Is there a way to have multiple "file upload" fields on the same form?

You can't have multiple upload file fields on the same form, but you can attach multiple documents to a single form (I believe the limit is 10).
