What is the best way to learn SmartSheet?

yes, you probably want to start from scratch. It can be fairly easy to mess up a sheet that has multirow formulas with sorting or filtering.
Another option, though it is debatable if it is better or not, is to use the import function smartsheet has. If you go to file up in the top left you will see it, and it will walk you through the process. There can be formatting issues in the result as smartsheet doesn't support merged cells (carriage returns also can result in formatting issues). It can be corrected after import though.

Yes. Sometimes it is better to just go ahead and start from scratch. I think we have all been there. Ugh.

Hi,
I am creating what I think Smartsheet training is missing on youtube. I had to spend 600 hours trying to find workarounds and solutions to stay within the core solution for a complete PMO system from idea storage, management, project activation, financial tool and finally connect all of these solutions into advanced metrics, functions and reports. Some of what I am going to post, I did almost all of the University and the 199 training, and it was available. So, since my VZ sow has ended, and most new contracts will not utilize Smartsheet, I'm going to make sure what I learned does not go to waste.
Until I get a permanent job - I'd love to help so if you like the videos and want to see more, or have a specific topic, let me know.
