CNAME after SAML 2 configured

Good day

Could someone please assist.

 I just want to make sure whether the CNAME DNS record created should point to:  sso.smartsheet.com

Or should the CNAME point to the default ‘SSO URL’ generated by Smartsheet after IdP has been configured for my organization?

Some assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Pierre,

I can see that you opened a Support ticket asking about this as well, but it's been confirmed that the CNAME you use should point to sso.smartsheet.com. If you run into any issues setting this up in your SAML configuration, do followup with the Support team as they will be the best resource for troubleshooting.
