Adobe PDF Fillable Form Submitted into Smartsheets

Hi,

I had a PDF Fillable form that is used across our company. We use a PDF fillable form as it needs to be revisited and edited over the project period. Once the project is finished i was hoping the project owner could submit on the PDF sheet and it would fill out a row in a already created smartsheet project master.

Is this something smartsheet can do? I've tried using the URL to the smartsheets upon creating the submit link but to no avail.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

A possible workaround could be to submit the PDF to another so-called helper sheet and match it to the main one with cross-sheet formulas.

Below is an image of the PDF form.

On the top right, my plan was to put a button in that will upload this form into a smartsheet when the user was ready.

I was hoping for it to appear in the smartsheet as a row.

Unfortunately, when i insert a button into this above form - putting in the smartsheet URL(for my specific sheet), it won't retrieve data out of this sheet. I guess, i was wanting to know whether they can be/are integrated or not and if they aren't what do you suggest?
