Hyperlink a word document?

Am I able to hyperlink a document, for ex. a Microsoft word or excel document into a cell and have it open up the file? If so, is this able to be done if the file is on a shared network server?

as Smartsheet is SaaS software you can only link to documents of MS O365 online and not to internal servers.

You could place the document in a Google drive, dropbox etc. and thus make it available to the internet and to Smartsheet.

Having the word/excel document as an attachment in the row is not an option?
