Workspace Access Granted But Reports are Blank

I have granted access to workspace to a number of users where I created shared project dashboards and reports. The workspace users are able to access the Dashboard but not the Reports. I have checked the publish options .... which are set to available to anyone with the link.

Any ideas ?

Surely I don't have to share each report separately ?

Do the users have access to the sheet(s) that is feeding the Reports?
