Can you publish a form to Microsoft Teams?

I would like to publish a form to Microsoft Teams. When I go to the integration and select the browse, I don't see the forms.

When you publish a form you get a link to that form. Are you saying you want to be able to share it out on Teams or that you want it automatically to go out to a group?

I want to put it on a Teams page. So, it shows in the Teams page menu across the top. When I click the "+" in Teams and select SmartSheet and login, I can't get to the forms from the navigation there. I can add the sheet that the form is connected to, but not the form itself.

It should be possible via this work around:

1. Create the form and publish it.
2. Copy the URL provided
3. Create a new tab in MS Teams to display a Webpage
4. Pase the URL and provide a name for your tab

Et voila, the form is available via MS Teams.

Update, recreated the link and it did work. The URL share as a website on Teams does work.
