Automation workflow: last receipient is not receiving alerts
Hello,
I have created an automation workflow with several recipients giving their approvals until last recipient from whom I request an update. All of a sudden the last recipient stopped receiving the 'request upsdate' alert.
I have checked with our IT and neither the server blocks smartsheet e-mails nor the mails go to junk-spam folders. I have also checked the 'Updare Request icon' in which it shows taht the request have been sent to my recipients but that is not true.
Could you pleass help? It is really important
