Is there any way to assign a flag (number 1 in a column) to those line items that are in the critical path?
Is expected that if the critical path changes, this flags change as well automatically.
Thanks for the help
Hi @Sebastian Molina,
not as far as I know. But you can create a filter to show only items/rows on the critical path:
Is that an alternative option for you?
Hope this helps

@Stefan, Thanks for the answer!
Unfortunately, It does not solve my problem. I can certainly filter the items in the critical path... but those change... and I need to create a report with critical path from different sheets. Is there any way to make that work?
@Sebastian Mc ,
there is currently no good solution for what you want and I strongly recommend to

Just to not mention these options:
You could use the web content widget to embed a Gantt view of the whole sheet in a dashboard. But whenever you open the dashboard you would need to set the filter critical path again and the widget shows all the UI elements of a sheet too. Not pretty.
You could also export the "critical path filtered" sheet as picture and embed that in a dashboard widget, but this time the title of the project will not be visible... Not so good too.
@Stefan Thanks for the follow up.
I already did exactly what you suggested in the previous message. It's not ideal and especially and hard to maintain.
Lets see if the ticket that I will submit gets any traction
Is there any way to create a formula that you say:
"If <row x> is in the critical path, then checkbox=TRUE"?
@Sebastian Mc Thank you for the submission! Right now, we do not have a formula for this - but we are looking into it.
+1 for that feature
Hi @Sebastian Mc ,
did you see the announcement of the Baseline feature at Engage?
Scheduled for January and eventually usable for your use case.
I haven't seen it, do you have a link where I can check that out?
Hi @Sebastian Mc
Here you go.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

I've been trying to do a simple check of whether or not the entry from the form has a returned value that is either yes or no and it checks 3 cell locations to see if any returned yes. The 3 columns are Dropdown lists for Yes/No and the Status is a Text/Number, is that the issues? If not how do i fix that?
I'm wondering if there is a way to lock rows 1-12 out of the sorting and filtering of a sheet. I might have take out that part of the from otherwise I dont like how the built in dashboard moves when a sort or filter is applied?
Hello, I apologize if this has already been answered, I did search before asking. I recently downloaded a template and it had the google slides displayed in presentation mode. I cannot figure out how to do this as when I embed, it's just the entire google page where you can edit and see the menu bar. How do I embed the…
