collect multiple records data with one form
I need to collect tabular data (list of chemicals products used in their products with quantity and other info .. ) from several suppliers .
Id like to use smartsheet forms which are open in the Internet .
But I need to collect tabular data , ( which means filling multiple records of a smarsheet ) with one single form .. how can I do that ?

one form creates one row in a sheet.
You can set the form so that it reloads after you submitted data. Would that help?

maybe yes Stefan . how do i do that ?

To add to Stefan's excellent advice.
I've developed a two form solution where you add the primary information to the first and when submitted form two loads and that one reloads after each submission.
I then have conditional formatting set up in the sheet to split the different main submissions.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

when you create a new form there is one section to design the content of the form and another section (top center) for the settings. In the settings you can define what should happen when the form is submitted.

Form Submission - What should happen after form is submitted
Control what the form submitter sees after submitting the form. You can either display a confirmation message, reload the form so it can be submitted again, or direct the submitter to another URL. (The URL will load in the same browser tab. If the form is embedded on a web page, the URL will load within the embed window.)
