Why is the text black on blue? it is unreadable

It looks like it may be an issue with how the image is displayed in the email. It is SUPPOSED to be highlighted in Yellow. you may want to reach out to Support.

Do you have access to the source sheet? Is it possible that there's formatting applied to those cells in the sheet to have a dark blue background, which is what's coming through in the Alert?

If the source sheet has no formatting applied (and no Conditional Formatting that may be hiding the underlying, manual formatting), then yes, please do reach out to Support so they can troubleshoot this one-on-one with you.

We don't use a yellow highlight nor have rows or cells formatted to be dark blue with black text.
