Workflow Condition Field won't auto populate contacts
I have created a workflow to alert a person the day a task is due based in part by an Assigned To field.
When setting parameters in the flow, because the column is set as a Contact List, I would expect all of those fields asking for a name to autofill. That has not been my experience.
Per the first screen shot you'll see when in the conditions field the only thing drop down is my name. Manually adding a person's name seems to be the only way to do that which seems especially silly since an error there would blow up the whole flow.
Only once I get down to assigning the alert, does the contact list autofill seem to work.
I hope I'm missing something and this isn't the way it is.
All thoughts and input appreciated.

This maybe because the contact column you set up doesn't have all your contacts. You'll have to add all of your contacts by editing column properties. Then they'll show up in the automation.

Yes, ameyaa is correct. You’ll have to add the contacts because it’s a dropdown list, and it will only show the available options.

Thank you so much. That was the difference I needed to hear because it wasn't otherwise registering.
Any idea why it's like that? Because of all the places I would think somebody should NOT manually enter in a name, that's certainly the one. One typo and the flow doesn't work, right?

The names are set in the property field, but what I don't understand is did I miss something along the way that identified that?

You know, sometimes I feel Smartsheet cursed!
As a part of this same tracking sheet I set up some conditional formatting. One of them is
If the % Complete Field is 100% apply this formatting (cell colored blue) to the Health Field.
Pretty simple right? It worked yesterday. I have no idea what changed and I'm sure the answer is staring me in the face, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
I would be grateful for any help...

Time to walk away from the machine. LOL. I've got some conditions that are conflicting so I'm experimenting now to find out which ones and to rewrite where necessary.
