Sheet Summary when Request Owners Varies

Hello,

I am trying to add a count of Request Owners to a dashboard. The Owner varies and I have not figured out a way to have new Owners appear. How do I include them on specific Owner Count on my dashboard. Is this possible?

I'd recommend creating a so-called Master Metric Sheet, but it would need to be updated for each new owner.

Another option would be to have a specific metric sheet for the owner options combined with a workflow to copy a row to the sheet from the main one.

Both options would be combined with a report.

Make sense?

Would that work?

@Andrée Starå I have a screenshot attached. We use this sheet to manage Risks and Issues. We do not require the submitter of the form to include the owner because they may not know. Our project managers manage this. I have a dashboard that shows a count of "unassigned" owners but also need to show a count of Risks/Issue per owner. The issue I am having is that the owner is never the same group of people, new names can be added all the time. Does this help? Thanks for your assistance!
