Necesito colocar la fecha condicionada a un resultado

Hola, buenas tardes, quiero que en una celda se coloque la fecha del momento en que en otra celda se agrega una determinada palabra. O sea, es la fecha de finalización de un proceso. ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo?
