How can I have an attachment from my email be automatically put in Smartsheet??

Data Uploader. You can set up a Zapier or similar automation platform to take the attachment and automatically throw it into Google Drive or OneDrive. From there, you use Data Uploader to do what you want with it. It can replace the contents of a sheet, merge new content, or update a drop-down list.
