Alerts highlighted in yellow

The email alerts I'm getting for new rows added to my sheet are automatically highlighted in yellow- Is there any way to stop that?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible to not have it show yellow now, but it's an excellent idea!

I actually think that if you change the alert type to a time-based alert vs a change-based alert, the highlights do not occur. Here is an example of what I mean:
