Flow works, but Microsoft Form info not populating over to Smartsheet.

Trying to populate Microsoft Form info in Smartsheet with Power Automate. I get no flow error. Response populate in Form once submitted, but will not update Smartsheet. What am I doing wrong? Please see screenshot below.

Additionally you can reach out to Microsoft direct or even post within their community @https://community.powerbi.com/.
