Forms / Dashboards - Vendor Question

We are building out a Vendor Sponsorship form / process in our Smartsheet. This will include initial submissions that we can approve or decline. For those that are approved, we require additional information captured in what we call Media Fields. The tricky part is the vendor may need to submit several pieces of information depending on how many channels they are wanting to have advertised. Currently, Forms doesn't allow for us to let them add additional fields dynamically when they are completing it. So if they had 8 channels, they would need to load the form 8 times and complete them separately. Is there a better way to manage this? Are we able to build a dashboard that could include links to predetermined types of channels they could click where we could capture the additional information? Would Dynamic View offer a better solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, Dynamic View would solve this for you. I do agree with you, it would be wonderful to have more configuration options for update requests, similar to form functionality. Thank you Tana! I haven't really developed anything in Dynamic View before. How would I build out a view where vendors would only see their information? We could have 10 - 20 submissions in this Media Field sheet from several vendors and would want to prevent them from seeing other vendor submissions. Also, I believe we would have to set them up with a non-licensed account to use a Dynamic View, correct?

To add to Tana's excellent advice/answer.

Another option.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
