Change font color of part of text in a cell

Hi

I would like to change the font color of part of the text in a cell to highlight things i would like the user to focus on. it seems when i highlight text and choose a different color, it applies my color choice to all of the text in the cell. is there a way to change only some of the text in the cell?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Hi, Andrée! Do you know if this feature will be developed any time soon? It seems that it is still not possible to highlight (color, bold, italics, or underscore) just part of the text in a cell.

I've noticed that this functionality has been requested already 7 years ago. I also left a request through the form just now. Even just having a way to highlight part of a text using one method would be enough for starters (using color or simply using bold formatting).

A simple Google search shows that the request for this feature goes back 2015 and was supposed to be put into the product roadmap. It is disappointing that after 9-years, the users were not listened to. This would be a great feature. I would like to be able to do this now.

I agree with FredS. I'm needing a solution to this issue and to see people asking for this feature since 2015 in various posts and its still not implemented is greatly disappointing.
