Can "Sheet" Comments be viewed in Dynamic View?

Hello,

In Dynamic View, I know you can choose for each view to be able to view and add comments, which show up to the users on the "Details Panel" for the selected row.

Is it possible to view the "Sheet" comments from Dynamic view, or only the row comments?

I don't work at Smartsheet, but I'm not aware of a place or way to do what you are asking within the current UI.
