URL embedded within form

Hi,

I'm creating a form and want to include a URL to reference further information available on the web. I have looked in settings and form elements, but do not see if I can include a link?

Try this:

1. Drag a Heading/Description form element to your form
2. Enter the URL you want into the Description and leave the Heading blank (unless you need it)
