Hello users

I have a problem with notification mail (reminder)

I have 2 dates. Planned and released. I would like to receive 1 mail (twice a week) with following information all task which has not been done but should be (delay ones) and all task that need to be done with next 14 days.

Please find my form attached and let me know what is wrong. Currently this does not work.

You currently have your conditions set up in an AND configuration. So BOTH conditions would have to be met for the email to be sent out. As the two conditions are contradictory, this will never run.

I'd suggest moving one of the conditions to the OR side of the automation (just to the right of your first condition). That should make it work.

Yes, that will work, but keep in mind that it will not check for the second step if the first one is true.
