How do I create a dashboard that shows the schedule variance.
In my project plan I have a target start and target end date to track the variance between the actual start and end dates. I added 2 more columns to calculate the variance by target start date - actual start date. Now, I'm stuck on how to pull this information into a dashboard.

You could either pull it in using the Metric widget and selecting the data you want to show, or you could run a report that gathered all of your variances and then display that report on the Dashboard.

Thanks, @David Tutwiler! I'm not sure if there is another step I need to take before uploading the data to a report or widget. Attached are a couple of screenshots of what I have tried:
1- tried pulling in the data into a chart and metric widget in a dashboard but it doesn't look right
2- tried to to pull it into a report and then into a widget and got the same result.
I'm looking for a format to show the % variance like the attached example.
Thank you!

@Vanessa Vasquez Right, so it looks like you have a lot of data you're wanting to look at. I think this is perfect for a report view then.
What you'll need to do is create a report that looks at your sheet and pulls in the columns you want to look at on your dashboard. I would imagine that, at a minimum, you would want the Description and variances.
Once you have the report set up how you'd like it, then use the Report Widget on the Dashboard to put the report on your dashboard.
