I am getting the following error when I try to use the proofing feature of the extension. While in InDesign, when I hit the Create Proof button, it says:

Failure to export PNG: invalid page number specified. This happens even when there is only one page that I am trying to export.

It works fine on a different computer. The versions of InDesign are the same on both computers and both users have the same access level.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

This sounds like the extension is recognizing more than one page to be exported into a PNG & Proof, which would error since the PNG file needs to be a single page. Is it possible that there are more than one pages being exported?

If you can confirm that it's just one page, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support about this so they can troubleshoot this with you one-on-one. Please provide them with the full error message and relevant screen captures of what you're seeing!
