Proofing File Never Loads

I'm experiencing the same issue. If you find out what (firewall?) is preventing the viewing of the .pdfs in Proof mode, please share.

After working with my IT Team, they were able to fix the issue of the .pdf document not showing. They determined it was our internal firewall blocking the image.
Easiest way to check if it is a firewall issue.... Turn off your WIFI on your phone and see if you can view the Proofing document in the Smartsheet app. If you can, it is most likely the Company firewall.
For us, they told me "https://pas.document-proofing.prod.smar.cloud/" was being blocked and this was causing the problem. There was something behind the scenes being uncategorized and they fixed it.
They also told me there are many different reasons firewalls block functionalities such as the Viewing Panel in Proofing, so each company's IT Department will most likely have a different fix for the same issue.
