Hello,

How long do Smartsheet users normally take to complete the "Get Started" & "Core Features" series in your Center of Excellence?

I'm asked this by my colleagues who are interested but need to know how to schedule/budget their time.

Hi Brian,

For a typical learner it takes about 8 hours to complete the Get Started series. Learners can break up their learning journey anyway they want to. Estimated lesson times for Get Started can be found here (the times are not inclusive of the practice activities after each lesson): https://learn.smartsheet.com/course-1-welcome-to-center-of-excellence-and-smartsheet-foundations/497541

Completing all of the courses in Core Features would take approximately another 8 hours. However, there might be several courses in Core Features that don’t apply to your colleagues and the activities they’ll perform in Smartsheet so they can be selective in what they pick in this series. Most courses in this series have an estimated time to completion in the description.
