is there ongoing issue with displaying forms?

I have a form that I have been using for weeks. today it is loading very slowly on portal page and when it does load, it is displaying all fields instead of applying the logic rules for when to show certain fields. Same behavior if I go to form via Manage Forms.

Any idea of what is going on?

A fix has been implemented for this and you should no longer see errors or issues in regards to your form. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact Smartsheet Support so they can troubleshoot this one-on-one with you, providing them with screen captures as well as the form link and sheet name, etc.

No, there currently is no known issue with Forms this week (see https://status.smartsheet.com/ to check the status of different Smartsheet functionalities.)

If you're experiencing unexpected behaviour, please contact Support with screen captures of your issue, along with identifying the browser you are accessing this Form from, if it happens on multiple forms, the source sheet URL, and if it happens on different devices (such as a phone, laptop, etc).
