I have business and 5 licences - am unable to unlock sheet summary function

When attempting to use this function it tells me I need to upgrade to business or enterprise.  But I am a business user - help what have I not done

less than a year, it was a single user, but my company recently upgraded to business for me, so perhaps that is where some of the functionality has been lost / not opened up.
