Why can't I sort a column with admin rights?

I am the PM that maintain's my teams Smartsheet. All of my team members have admin rights but they cannot sort columns. Is that normal? Please advise. π

No, that doesn't sound normal. Do they get an error message?
Btw, do you mean sort rows?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.Β (share too,Β andree@workbold.com)
