We are also facing similar issue. The person who created the views has left the organization and now we are unable to access the views created by that person. We also don't know who is the system admin. Is there a way to transfer ownership or make the views visbile to me. I also have admin access but unable to access a number of dynamic views and various smartsheets created by the previous owner.

If you're talking about Smartsheet Items such as Sheets, Reports, and Dashboards, a System Admin for your organization can transfer ownership, see: Use nondestructive transfer to change ownership of sheets, reports, or dashboards
A System Admin can also help with Dynamic View transfers, see: Transfer or receive transfer of a Dynamic View
You can find out who the System Admin for your account is by clicking your Account icon then going to Plan & Billing Info, then clicking on Account Details. See: Identify your Smartsheet plan and user type

Thanks alot for the suggestion. I was able to find the system admin and transfer the ownership of those views.
