My Smartsheet won't save!!!
I have tried everything, new browser, clearing cache, updating browser...this sheet only has 51 lines and no advanced formulas. Why won't it save!!!!???

Did support offer any solutions? We are experiencing the same issue and the same error message. I have a ticket open but would love to try something in the meantime as it is keeping users from doing their work. Thanks in advance!

I have two tickets in on the same issue and have yet to get a response

There was a brief instance of certain Dashboards returning this error on May 6th, however this should now be resolved.
If you're still experiencing issues, please continue to follow up with Support.

any one using smartsheets should assume support will never help and any one telling you to contact support is lazy.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way; is there a specific ticket that you've raised with Support that I can follow-up for you?
