Computing Date with Time

Hi Everyone!

I hope someone can help me with this. I need to compute the (Date started and StartTime) with the (Date Completed and EndTime) but I don't know the formula. The result should be reflected on the "Difference" Column. The result that I want will be on the format of Days:Hours:Minutes (DD:HH:MM)
