Why do some cells become uneditable?

While I'm working within a sheet, some cells are not able to be edited. This only happens after I have changed another cell. The main issue is that dropdown lists show up as blank. In other instances, dates are not able to be entered and do not display a calendar as well as text columns cannot be filled. Some times the dates and text cells can be edited by double clicking The only way to edit the sheet again is to save and open another sheet, then re-open the one I was working in.

I am using Microsoft Edge for a browser. I know side-scrolling is not available with it using my Logitech tilt wheel, but it works (sort of) in Chrome. I am not able to recreate the issue on demand so I cannot confirm if this issue persists in Chrome.

Have you tried it in Private/Incognito mode?
