How do I use an existing form with a new Smartsheet.

I want to use an existing form as a basis for a new sheet. I have used save as to create another copy, but this also carries over the data populated in the actual sheet. So- just the form, which I will edit, and a blank smartsheet. How do I do this?

I usually just delete all the data in the copied sheet and rename it how I need to 🤷‍♀️
