Copy and paste text from email

I have a smartsheet set up for RFI's (request for information) on a project.

 

If somebody sends a query by email, how can i copy and paste the text from the email into the smartsheet ?

 

I copy the text but 'paste' is greyed out when i try to put it into smartsheet ?

 

Urgent help needed please so i can pack up for the weekend

If you use your computers clipboard to copy, you will need to use your computers clipboard to paste as well.

 

Try using Cntrl+V

or

Double click in a cell >  Right clicking in the text field > Paste
