Emailing a row from sheets does not show who is cc'd for recipient

Hi All,

Something has changed recently in this process, it used to be that if I sent a row to Andy, Bob & Dan - everyone would be cc'd on the email received & when anyone responds, everyone gets a copy - and a group conversation occurs.

Now, when we send a row to Andy, Bob & Dan, the recipient does not see that anyone else has been sent this, and when they reply, it only goes back to the sender - not everyone. Which is causing problems.

Is there a setting I can change to have this go back the way is was?

Smartsheet recently changed how this works for security reasons, so it's not possible to change.
