Everytime I am attempting to change my predeccssors type (Finish -Start/finish-finsh etc) it tells me there is an error. "Circular Dependency". Can someone please give me a sample of how to setup?

The value in the predecessor column is the row(s) of the task(s) that will preceed, meaning you cannot put a predecessor of 1 in row 1. See the help article here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765727-enabling-dependencies-using-predecessors
