10,000ft Update Project Error using API

Hello,

This is an issue about 10,000ft API.

The following error occurs when I tried to update a project using API "PUT /api/v1/projects/<project ID>".

"HTTPError: Response code 500 (Internal Server Error)"

The project update API works correctly for those projects without any activity. I wonder if this is a bug for 10,000ft API.

It is urgent. Any help is really appreciated.

It sounds like this is an issue that would be best working through with 10,000ft API Support, so they can troubleshoot this with you one-on-one and review potentially sensitive information that shouldn't be posted in the Community.

I've checked in with the 10,000ft API Support team and they let me know you are already in correspondence about this issue, which is great. I would recommend continuing the conversation through that avenue instead.
