I really like SmartSheets! The more I use it, the better I like it. It was a HUGE hassle to get signed up and I almost gave up on it. I actually did for a time, but then decided to bite the bullet and sign up for the Business Plan.

Now I am looking at some premium add on apps. There are a few I wanted to get pricing on. Now here is what I absolutely HATE about SmartSheets. You send in the request for information and almost instantaneously your phone is ringing. One the other end of the line, you have someone who wants to collect a bunch of information about what you are trying to accomplish so they can set up a time for a sales rep to call you so you can give them the exact same information. Wait, What? Why are you calling me if you can't give me the information I requested?? Why are you wasting my time?

So then you give in and go through the process, only to have the Sales Rep miss 3 appointments!! Really? I am sitting by the phone for 30 min, avoiding other calls and customer contact, waiting on a call that never comes. All just to get a price, which should be transparent anyway. The price is the price! Just send me an email, that I can review at my convenience and make a decision. No need for all of this hassle. Please change your sales process because I really like this software and I am very interested in some add ons, but I won't buy another upgrade or add on, if this is the only way to get a price quote.
