I am looking for a way to inventory all the SmartSheet objects I am associated with

Columns may be

Object Type- Sheet, Report, Dashboard, Dynamic View, etc

Object Name

Workspace

My role- Owner, Admin, Editor. etc

The easiest way to do this is to generate a Sheet Access Report from the User Management section of the Admin Center. If you are a System Admin for your organization you can do this yourself, otherwise you will need to contact your System Admin and request that they generate this for you.

This will create an excel document with a list of all the Smartsheet items you are shared to, your sharing permissions, where the item is located, and what type of item it is. You can then import into Smartsheet, if you would like. From here you will need to manually create the hyperlinks to each object in your sheet, but all the other data will be brought in.

Keep in mind that as you are continually shared to new sheets/reports etc you will need to update this sheet with that information. Additionally, the Sheet Access Report is only for the core Smartsheet application, so it won't include any Premium Application items you are shared to (such as Dynamic Views).
