Critical Path not working

The critical path on my schedule is not working, is there a report I can get from smartsheets to see what is porssibly going wrong? or Tips on what to do??

Can you clarify what you mean by "not working"?

There is no way using the GUI to extract information about the critical path.

These are known issues of which I am aware:

Critical path

1. does not show parallel paths correctly.

2. does not show 'reverse' well (two SF in sequence will break the chain completely)
