Start time End time and duration in hours

Good Morning, I'm creating a dashboard and request management system for 3D printing service in my shop. I'd like to use the gantt chart to view the queue. Can the start date and time be used in this way in a request management sheet?

Yes, it could maybe work if you use the predecessor's feature.
