Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Is it possible also to only see the workweek (Mon-Fri) in the calendar view when looking at the month?

Currently the Calendar View in Smartsheet shows the full week when you look at it in Month view, including weekends. There isn't a way to exclude those days of the week from the view. As @Andrée Starå noted above, please provide your feedback to the Product Team using this form, here!
