Was modifying one of our blueprints and came up on this new option:

This lets you tell control center to add a sheet to the scope of a portfolio level rollup report each time you provision a new project. When you set it up you select a report and then connect it to one of your template sheets. It seems only useful for those top level reports that are outside your blueprint toolkits, if that makes sense.
